Workers' Compensation Practice Group
The firm’s workers’ compensation practice group is chaired by Patricia Duffy. This practice group serves as the pivotal force leveraging the firm’s foundation. It is comprised of six members, all of whom are dedicated to representing self-insureds, third-party administrators, and insurance carriers in defense of every type of compensation claim.
Our attorneys routinely practice before Workers’ Compensation Judges throughout the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation’s Southeastern, Eastern, and Central Districts. In the course of defending our clients, including self-insured employers, third-party administrators and insurance carriers, we appear in the hearing districts of Philadelphia, Northeast Philadelphia, Bristol, Dresher, Upper Darby, Malvern, Allentown, Easton, Reading, Lancaster, York, Pottsville, Hazelton, Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Stroudsburg, Doylestown, Harrisburg, and Williamsport.
Serving as the founding cornerstone of our firm’s practice, our workers’ compensation attorneys are on the cutting edge of evolving case law, and provide cost-effective pre-litigation claims management support to our clients. The attorneys serving within our workers’ compensation practice group are well-respected by bench, bar, and clients for challenging claim direction and resolution.
Our workers’ compensation practice group attorneys also regularly represent self-insureds, third-party administrators, and insurance carriers in the prosecution of claims for purposes of protecting subrogation liens and evaluating and prosecuting insurance fraud claims.
