To our most valued clients and contacts, the National Workers’ Compensation Defense Network, a premier defense counsel network that our firm is a member of, has confirmed the dates for its next Seminar Conference, to be held in Chicago, at the Wyndham Hotel, on October 6, 2010 and October 7, 2010.

To all clients and contacts considering attending, please join us for an elegant evening cocktail reception on Wednesday, October 6, 2010, as well as joining us for the free Conference Seminar on October 7, 2010, with the seminar focusing on multi-jurisdictional approaches to best practices for the uniform handling of workers’ compensation claims, a “frank” discussion of artificial disc replacement procedures by Dr. Clay Frank, a board-certified neurosurgeon, and a candid but necessary review of procedures to minimize the exposure experienced by all compensation clients for Medicare Set Aside Trust Agreements.

As always, NWCDN seminars are free to all clients and friends, and shortly, registration materials will be circulated, facilitating registration and attendance at the Seminar Conference.

The Seminar will be conducted at the Chicago Wyndham Hotel, located at 633 N. St. Clair St., Chicago, IL.  Wednesday’s cocktail reception will be at a location to be designated shortly.

Clear your calendars, save these dates, book your travel, and confirm your attendance, as this Seminar is guaranteed to elevate your understanding of workers’ compensation practices and procedures.
