Mary N. McCann

Mary N. McCann, a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania received her Bachelor of Arts degree from LaSalle University in 1979 and her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in 1992. Ms. McCann was admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1992 and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ms. McCann is a member of the Philadelphia and Chester County Bar Associations.

Since 1992, Ms. McCann has acquired extensive experience in defense litigation concentrating primarily in the defense of workers’ compensation and general liability claims. In the area of workers’ compensation, Ms. McCann has represented numerous self-insured entities, including hospitals and nursing home facilities. Currently, Ms. McCann practices exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation.
