Kate O'Dell
Kate O’Dell, a native of Rochester, New York, received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland and her Juris Doctor degree from the Villanova University School of Law in 1985. She is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Ms. O’Dell has extensive experience in insurance defense litigation in the areas of workers’ compensation, general liability, and appellate advocacy. Ms. O’Dell concentrates her practice exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation matters on behalf of employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators. Ms. O’Dell is a member of the Chester County Bar Association and has been a presenter at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute Workers’ Compensation seminars.
Kate was recently awarded an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell, evidencing her intense dedication to the highest standards of professionalism and aggressive representation on behalf of her clients.
