Kevin L. Connors

Kevin L. Connors, the firm’s general liability chairperson, is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree, with honors, from Saint Joseph’s University in 1976 and his Juris Doctor degree from the Villanova University School of Law in 1988. He is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Concentrating his practice in insurance defense litigation, Mr. Connors has extensive experience in the defense of civil and administrative matters involving workers’ compensation, retail liability, restaurant liability, premises liability, motor vehicle liability, products liability, general negligence liability, employment practices liability, bad faith liability, insurance coverage, and subrogation. Mr. Connors also provides pre-litigation support for clients, including the development of risk management strategies. He has also defended and litigated insurance coverage matters, involving declaratory judgment actions, to address coverage issues under commercial and personal insurance policies.

Kevin was recently awarded an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell, evidencing his intense dedication to the highest standards of professionalism and aggressive representation on behalf of his clients.

A member of several bar and claims associations, Mr. Connors has been a guest speaker on insurance litigation issues. He is also a member of the East Brandywine Zoning Board.
